Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Fairway Irrigation LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Fairway Irrigation LLC provides irrigation installation, repair, maintenance, and related services in Connecticut. Service availability may vary by location and season.

Service Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We appreciate 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee. Weather conditions may require rescheduling at our discretion.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure access to water shutoffs, controllers, and all irrigation components.

Warranties

Installation work is warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and components as specified by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

Fairway Irrigation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Underground Utilities

Prior to installation work, customers must call 811 to mark underground utilities. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
